• Why is this more expensive? The shell holder is made from a propriety mix of latex and polyester. Adding rubber to the inside requires it is done by hand, requires 72-hour cure time, and intermittent steam bath to cure…all without disturbing the elasticity of the shell holder. All of this is done by hand… in the USA. This process cannot be automated. Hence, double the price.

1. We use a strong elastic that tightly hugs any adult-sized buttstock. In fact, it is a proprietary mix of polyester, latex and other ingredients that enable this elastic to really hug the shotgun. However, guns are made differently. Some stocks have almost a glass like surface and require shell holders with rubber to keep them in place. Most brands, the holder will slide up or down the stock with activity. We know because we tested other brands and are gun owners ourselves...we made this to our own specifications!
