DOMESTIC FLAT-RATE SHIPPING. Purchase a little or a lot, within the Continental United States, shipping is fixed at $6.00 per order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.

According to USPS, we are allowed to attribute any value to a package. For example, if a package costs you 60.00, we can value it at 10.00 to keep you from being "ripped off" by customs fees. Some countries have unfair fees to hinder imports! Generally, small, air-borne packages do not have customs charges. Most of our international customers never pay a fee. However, heavier packages may be tagged for a fee. To play it safe and to save you moneywe declare a low value to the package.

INSURANCE. To insure a package, its full replacement value must be declared on the package. When insured, we cannot lower the value. This may subject you to duties/taxes.

ARMY POST OFFICE (APO). Yes, we ship to APO addresses but you must select USPS as the shipper.

IF MONEY IS DUE AND A CUSTOMER IS UNREACHABLE, AFTER A FEW DAYS, THE ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED AND MONEY REFUNDED - MINUS $1.00. WHY? BECAUSE PAYPAL NOW IMPOSES REVERSAL FEES. REFUNDING YOUR MONEY COSTS US MONEY.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET YOUR PACKAGE USING FIRST-CLASS MAIL?
Most international packages get to their destination without issue in about 10 business days but it varies by country. If you are on the other side of the world, add a few business days. If you are close to the US, subtract a few days. Unless you want to pay for priority mail, there are no exact delivery times... only general delivery times: 10 business days.

THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES HAVE A SLOWER CUSTOM'S SERVICE:
ITALY -- Our package arrives at the Italian customs in 7 days, it sits for over a month in Italian customs.
BRAZIL -- Our package gets there in 7 to 10 days, it will sit for about a month in customs.
AUSTRALIA -- Our package gets there in 7 days, it will sit for 3 weeks in customs.


BE WARNED, DELAYS CAN HAPPEN...
If you live in a country known for poor postal services, then you know what to expect. Not all countries are the same. If your country is in a Holiday season or having some other national event, this may slow down transit time within your country. If your customs department opens the package, expect a longer delay. We are a stamped and approved international shipper. However, from time to time, it happens.

IF YOU DO NOT INSURE YOUR PACKAGE...
WE GUARANTEE THE PACKAGE ONLY UNTIL IT LEAVES OUR CUSTOMS. AFTER THAT, WE LOSE THE ABILITY TO TRACK THE PACKAGE. ONLY WHEN YOU SHIP UPS/FEDEX/REGISTERED MAIL DO YOU GET A DOOR-TO-DOOR TRACKING NUMBER. IF YOU WANT USPS REGISTERED MAIL, IT'S ABOUT 12.00 EXTRA AND YOU MUST CONTACT US.

BECAUSE SAVING YOU MONEY IS IMPORTANT IN KEEPING YOU AS A CUSTOMER, BASED ON OUR EXPERIENCE, WE STRONGLY SUGGEST SKIPPING INSURANCE AND USING USPS (THE CHEAPEST OPTION).
99.9% OF ALL PACKAGES REACH THEIR DESTINATION WITHOUT ISSUES. THE ONLY ISSUES WE HAVE FACED ARE OCCASIONAL MISROUTED PACKAGES (ALL FROM THE SAME COUNTRY). BUT EVENTUALLY, EVERYTHING WAS DELIVERED. IT IS FOR THIS REASON, EXPERIENCE, WE SUGGEST SKIPPING INSURANCE. IN THIS WAY, THE VALUE OF OUR OFFERS STAY INTACT. WEIGHING THE COST OF INSURANCE TO THE COST OF THE PRODUCT WITH STANDARD SHIPPING, FACTORING IN THE LOW-RISK RATIO, YOU DO BETTER TO LEAVE THE PACKAGE UNINSURED. LARGE PURCHASES ARE ANOTHER STORY AND SHOULD BE INSURED.
